How we work with attorneys

Attorney communication is included in every TruVisit Dallas case at no additional charge:

  • You can call us directly to discuss a case or coordinate scheduling
  • We can deliver session reports directly to your office
  • We're available for case follow-up by phone or email
  • We can provide credentialing information, sample reports, and our standard documentation format on request
  • We are available to testify under subpoena when the case requires it

What our reports look like

TruVisit session reports are written in objective, non-editorial professional language, timestamped throughout the visit, and formatted to meet the documentation standards used by the family district courts of Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties.

Each report includes:

  • Case identifiers (per your court order)
  • Date, time, location, and duration of the visit
  • Participants and parties present
  • Timestamped observations throughout the session
  • Documentation of any conditions of the court order and how they were observed
  • Any incidents requiring redirection or intervention
  • Handoff documentation
  • Supervisor's signature

Reports are factual and observational — they do not include clinical impressions, opinions about parenting capacity, or evaluative judgments. That's by design: factual records hold up best in Texas family courts.

A redacted sample report is available on request — call (469) 646-7404.
