Who pays

The Texas court order typically specifies which parent is responsible for the cost. In many Texas parenting orders, the parent whose periods of possession are being supervised is the financial responsibility. Some orders split the cost. The order controls.

Why is supervised visitation so expensive at some DFW providers?

Are TruVisit Dallas's rates negotiable?

Will my health insurance cover supervised visitation?
No. Supervised visitation is a court-related professional service, not a medical service. It is not reimbursable through health insurance.
Can the cost of supervised visitation be credited against child support?
Not automatically. If your Texas court order specifies that supervised visitation costs are to be credited against child support, that's enforceable. Without that language in the order, supervised visitation expenses are paid separately.
